For the purposes of these Conditions, it is understood that the activity that Midimal develops through the Website includes:
Marketing and distribution of furniture, lighting and home accessories of major brands with prior authorization and acting as suppliers. As well as own services offered in Midimal.es and Midimal Studio.

5. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Return of defective products or shipping error

9. EXEMPTION OF LIABILITY
Unless otherwise provided by law, Midimal will not accept any responsibility for the following losses, regardless of their origin:
